How to Get More Information

Our website aims to answer most of the common questions people have. If your question is more specific or not addressed by the website, we welcome your letter or e-mail inquiry.  We will give priority to your message if it is specific, and about something we haven't already covered. Do be very specific -- tell us exactly what information you need. Including a SASE with your inquiry will help.

We get a large number of messages, so please understand that our volunteers may be not be able to answer right away. Remember that things can fall through the cracks. After a reasonable time, a friendly reminder will help.
